- Provision of Alternate Directors.

Both partners have significant Director experience and a full understanding of the legal responsibilities of a Company Director.
Company Secretary
- Preparation and Submission of a Company’s Annual Return.
- Maintenance of a Company’s Statutory Documents, to include:
- Register of Members
- Register of Directors and Secretaries
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Original Minutes.
- Convening, organising and documenting Directors and Shareholders Meetings.
